Return Policy

You may return any unopened item. You will be given full credit for the price of the item. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge.

To return an item, EMAIL us the following information :

Item Number
Invoice
Packing Slip Number
Reason for return

You will receive an EMail authorization for the return within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

Most items are shipped within 3-5 days of order. Small items are better shipped Priority Mail while larger items by UPS ground.

You will be given the opportunity to select shipping methods at check out time. For any method you select, you will be able to see the shipping costs for your total order before you finalize your purchase.

6% Sales Tax will be charged for shipments to Florida residents.

6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for shipments to Ohio residents.
